Life can be challenging and there are times when we all need support and space to explore difficult issues.
You may be looking for help because you have recently experienced something painful and distressing, such as the loss of a loved one, job or a relationship, or perhaps your problems are of a longstanding nature, you may have always felt anxious, depressed, stressed or struggled with self-esteem and confidence. Or, it may be unclear what you are struggling with but have a sense that something is missing, stuck or does not feel right, and need help to understand what it is that is preventing you from living a more fulfilled life.
Whatever your reason for seeking therapy, I offer a safe, confidential and impartial space to talk about whatever is troubling you. I believe exploring your experiences, thoughts and feelings with a therapist can provide relief, fresh perspectives on difficulties and lead to shifts in how we respond to others and to events.
